Tagua is free for small companies, for noncommercial use and for a 32-day evaluation. Larger companies buy a
Professional or Enterprise license. Every license covers the same software: all five packages, every feature, the
same PDFs.

Yes, if your company has fewer than 100 people working as employees and independent contractors, and less than
USD 1,000,000 in total revenue in the prior tax year (in 2019 dollars, adjusted for inflation). Your company
includes the organizations that control it, that it controls, or that are under common control with it.
You also qualify for any noncommercial purpose: personal use, and use by charitable organizations, educational
institutions, public research organizations, public safety or health organizations, environmental protection
organizations and government institutions.
Contractors building for a client use the client’s license.
No. You declare your license with one line at startup:
TaguaSettings.License=LicenseType.Community;
or with the environment variable TAGUA_LICENSE (community, trial, professional or enterprise). There are
no license keys, nothing phones home, and nothing is checked online. The declaration is your statement that you
qualify for the license; it does not grant a license by itself.
Write to licensing@taguareports.com with your company
name, the number of developers, and whether you want Professional or Enterprise, or use the
contact page. A commercial license is a separate written agreement with the licensor.
This page is a summary. The terms are in the LICENSE.txt file that comes with every package, and where they differ
from this page, LICENSE.txt governs. See also Licensing.
